Title: The blonde football accumulator Post by: MrMoves on January 19, 2006, 01:24:52 PM Lump on for some blonde bookie bashing. Lets have a different punter give their blonde football accumulator, for everyone to follow, each week. It's just for a bit of fun. If the bet comes in then we all cash. :)up
I'll start: Arsenal to beat Everton. Arsenal's away form is patchy, to say the least, but Everton played a tough cup replay vrs Millwall in mid-week and I fancy Arsenal will be too strong. Spurs to beat Villa. Villa aren't too desperate when playing away but Spurs are too strong at home, winning 7 from 11 in the league. 8 from 12 here. Leeds to beat Sheff Wed. Wednesday have the worse goal scoring record away from home in this division and shouldn't trouble a strong Leeds side. These three are slightly odds on but should provide a good return when lumped together. I am tempted to add Man Utd as 11/8 seems a bit big for them at home. Thoughts and opinions? I hope someone else will have a crack next week. Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: mystery721 on January 19, 2006, 06:51:05 PM good idea with the weekly accumalator, only thing i will say it should be at least 5 or 6 teams ive got £100 on arsenal, barnsley, grimsby, queens park, morton, rangers
Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: MrMoves on January 19, 2006, 06:53:55 PM You have a crack next week Mystery, 5 or 6 is fine by me. I just really fancied those 3.
Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: mystery721 on January 19, 2006, 06:58:07 PM your selection is good, im on those 3 definaltly! good choice, (wolves look very good at 6/5)
Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: weirwizard on January 19, 2006, 07:06:44 PM Arsenal my pick for this week, so i will back your advice and let's hope it comes good eh.
Others that I may do are Sunderland home win and Newcastle to win. I will stay away from the manu game can see one team losing their bottle. norwich to beat watford could take my fancy as well. Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: Nem on January 19, 2006, 07:39:48 PM The mighty Spurs don't have Mido in the starting line up against Aston Villa on saturday due to the ANC Cup..
Every time Mido has been missing this season we have lost 0-1 to Grimsby 0-2 to West Brom 0-2 to Chelsea He did get sent off in the 27 minute, but I blame him for the loss 2-3 to Leicester So I personally would bet on the draw as the Villa are playing very well at the mo and are currently 3rd the the form guide behind Chelsea and Liverpool. Villa have only lost once in 8 or 9 Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: AdamM on January 19, 2006, 08:16:16 PM whens Mido back? I want to pull hom into my fantasy football team alongside Bent and Rooney but cant til he's finished his international stuff

Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: Nem on January 20, 2006, 11:21:12 AM Dawson and King are out of the Spurs game.
I would now back Villa to win. Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: MrMoves on January 20, 2006, 01:36:00 PM Keep the faith, Nemesis :)

Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: SKIPPYSKIP on January 21, 2006, 11:06:04 AM Just a single bet for me in the conference
Dagenham v Tamworth Tamworth at 16/5 with hills appeals Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: MrMoves on January 21, 2006, 02:43:12 PM Looks like Arsenal lost. Sorry boys and girls, better luck next week.
Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: Nem on January 21, 2006, 02:44:29 PM I'm watching it now.
It's always great when I watch them lose, Great I say, GREAT!!! Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: SKIPPYSKIP on January 21, 2006, 04:46:23 PM Dagenham are beaten Tamworth 2-1 so I suck!
Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: Graham C on January 21, 2006, 05:01:29 PM bloody everton.
My free bets from sky arent going too well so Im attempting to get it all back with a flutter on Sunderland to win. They havent won yet and are bound to win 1 game this season so today could be it and at 4.5, I'm prepared to risk a fiver on it! Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: SKIPPYSKIP on January 21, 2006, 05:10:19 PM A brave man Silo, I would of kept the £5 for the super hammers on monday against Fulham.
Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: Graham C on January 21, 2006, 05:59:41 PM I can only bet it on Prem Plus games otherwise I would have left it.
Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: Graham C on January 21, 2006, 07:53:44 PM wooooo hooooo :D
Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: MrMoves on January 21, 2006, 08:47:08 PM Nice work, an OG too! LOL!
Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: SKIPPYSKIP on January 22, 2006, 11:22:40 AM The Tamworth bet also let me down in a treble
with Swindon 13/8 Leyton Orient 6/4 cost me dearly Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: Newportlad on January 25, 2006, 07:50:57 PM Swansea letting in an equaliser with the last kick of the games cost me, as i had them on an accumulator with Rangers & Gretna.
Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: MrMoves on January 28, 2006, 01:03:42 PM Do we have a bet this weekend boys? Mystery? Silo?
Looks like Bolton are being backed. Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: Graham C on January 28, 2006, 01:33:13 PM I have an 8 match acca that unfortunatly involved Arsenal but I'll sticky by it :D It will be a nice profit if it does come in.
My main thing this weekend is Liverpool and Sunderland to win, I'm banking on this one to come in. I've also layed Henry to score first today. Betfair have money available for him so I've taken some of it, especially as he's not supposed to be playing! I'm a bit nervous now as to why there is money available to lay if he's not playing though, time will tell. I think the majority of this weekends acca's are in Mystery's post about 7 teams. Good luck to all Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: MrMoves on January 28, 2006, 02:05:53 PM I've backed Charlton to beat Leyton by 2 or more.
Bolton, Wigan and Colchester look fair bets too. Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: mystery721 on January 28, 2006, 08:50:46 PM celtic f**ked me big time, if it wasnt for celtic, i would of only needed liverpool to win tomorrow for £17,478.91p on 1 accumulator and man utd and liverpool to win on another for £14,788.44p, if they never let 3-1 lead slip i woulda had 3 live acumulators still on 4 tomorrow, ba**ards.
Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: mystery721 on January 31, 2006, 04:27:25 PM tonight shrewsbury @ 2.10 they are home to macclesfield, shrewsbury have only lost 2 home games all season and macclesfield have the worst away record in the league (only 1 win) and they concede twice as many as they score.........should be a home win here
Title: Re: The blonde football accumulator Post by: weirwizard on January 31, 2006, 05:13:07 PM I've taken the ac milan one and one double for tonight:
Reading v Norwich Charlton v Westbrom |
