Title: Android help Post by: Graham C on March 03, 2013, 12:07:07 PM Hello :)
Having trouble putting some new music on my phone. I used Songbird at first and made a playlist then copied them over to my device from there. They were all listed as being on my phone (browsing in Windows Explorer on the PC) but never showed when I went to Music on the phone. I've also tried dragging and dropping into the Music folder on the phone and whilst the songs are on there, same thing, they show from the PC but not when I try and play them. Weirdly too, the albums are still showing for my last lot of music yet I've deleted them. Does anyone know how to get music on the bloody phone? Is the Music folder not where music goes? In before RedDog, yes done that. Title: Re: Android help Post by: RED-DOG on March 03, 2013, 12:09:00 PM Whatever!

I haven't got a music folder on my phone - I put them in media/audio If that doesn't work you could try switching it off and switching it on again :) Title: Re: Android help Post by: Graham C on March 03, 2013, 01:25:58 PM Thanks, that seems to be the thing. I guess I made the Music folder on my phone when I first got it ages ago. The Media - Audio folder seemed to work better. Took my phone a little while to acknowledge them but they're working now.
Rather funnily, TIOAO seemed to make them get recognised although that could just be my slow phone :) Cheers guys Title: Re: Android help Post by: RED-DOG on March 03, 2013, 01:27:28 PM TIOAO seemed to make them get recognised My work here is done. |
