Title: Re: GP Online Day1 Post by: millidonk on March 13, 2013, 10:41:59 AM Fine til now, 14k turn, then jam the river is my standard line.
If he is uber aggressive and I think he is betting every river regardless I would go 2/3 pot and cc river. Lolz you added another player calling in whilst I typed this, probs still play it the same tbh. I haven't edited it - Player 10 called pre, folded flop. 14k to call a jam, and get it in over a raise? 6650/call 6650 on turn? Seems small? Still sticking with my line Title: Re: GP Online Day1 Post by: BulldozerD on March 13, 2013, 11:14:14 AM I'd make it 7777 and not fold. Think 14k puts too much pressure on worse hands to fold. If he's flopped a set then tough shit I suppose. I'd to know something more to consider folding
Title: Re: GP Online Day1 Post by: Pinchop73 on March 13, 2013, 11:16:52 AM 22500 in the pot on the turn. We have 33983 behind, the effective stack.
Title: Re: GP Online Day1 Post by: rfgqqabc on March 13, 2013, 11:42:16 AM Check/shove. He won't fold anything he has floated with and should bet most pairs for protection + we get some chips of any junk he has.
Title: Re: GP Online Day1 Post by: david3103 on March 13, 2013, 11:42:41 AM It's a situation I have difficulty with. Playing what seems a big hand, OOP
Going into chk call mode seems destined to lose value and yet bet calling seems to play into the hands of a flopped set / two pair Will post turn action later Title: Re: GP Online Day1 Post by: pleno1 on March 13, 2013, 11:47:30 AM like to check here.

Title: Re: GP Online Day1 Post by: david3103 on March 13, 2013, 04:55:06 PM Get to showdown So bet flop check turn and river is good for you too George? It's what happened, but it felt, post hand, that it was a too passive approach. Maybe I'm learning :) What would we do if villain bets 8000 or so on the river? Title: Re: GP Online Day1 Post by: George2Loose on March 13, 2013, 05:25:33 PM Get to showdown So bet flop check turn and river is good for you too George? I like the plan to check/r turn by others but in this comp I'm just going to try and get 3 streets Title: Re: GP Online Day1 Post by: TL900 on March 13, 2013, 05:34:25 PM fine up to now, 3100 otr
Title: Re: GP Online Day1 Post by: cambridgealex on March 13, 2013, 05:47:26 PM fine up to now, 3100 otr like this size. checking the turn is meh, i prefer to bet and get three streets in this comp vs a random, ppl dont fold top pair, which is obviously way more likely than 2pair+ Title: Re: GP Online Day1 Post by: Skippy on March 13, 2013, 06:36:43 PM ...i prefer to bet and get three streets in this comp vs a random, ppl dont fold top pair, which is obviously way more likely than 2pair+...
