Amongst the fundraising activities are… April 1st - Online tournament with a trip to the EPT Monte Carlo as the headline prize. 21st April – Live tournament (during the DTD Monte Carlo event) with a £20,000 guaranteed prize pool plus added prizes such as a package for the 888Poker Moroccan Magic and a seat into the GUKPT final, followed by a silent auction. 22nd April – Charity Party at DTD Nottingham 5th May – Raffle Draw for ten fabulous prizes including a Paddy Power Irish Open main event seat, an EPT and UKIPT package and a GUKPT seat – tickets are just £5! So is the reload £100? Not sure 'tolerable' is the right word. I'm not a fan of the reload option because, in essence you create the potential for a two-tier competition based on bank roll. I am, however, a fan of DTD and what they are doing with this charity month plus I think there will be a great atmosphere in the club tomorrow as the Monte Carlo heads to it's conclusion so I'm still inclined to be there. Tonight we are opening the doors for an exclusive night of poker, buffet, drinks, casino and music. In doing so we are raising money for a great cause and have loads of donated prizes available to be won! I would like to add that all of our club staff worked for free on the Monday charity night and everyone had a great time with all takings going to the charity - thanks you for giving your time up to help.
