it's 87k to win 308k inc blinds/antes, so going purely off pot odds we need >28% win probability to call... focusing on the re-shover's stack i think the majority of their range is overpairs (which excluding 4's , 5's and 8's we're a 30-32% chance, 30% if villain has a spade) or flush draws (majority of variants are approx 32%).... It's a fairly close spot but I think it's a fold, particularly as we could be drawing dead/thin already - given you've put a 1/3 of your stack in the reshove after the preflop flat call looks so strong and is more likely to include A-4, 5's, 5-4 suited, 6-4 suited, 6-7 & 7-8 spades.... each of which are obv crushing us. 20 bb's still if fold too.

The pre-flop open is a fold imo too, not deep enough to play hands like this UTG, particularly given we're under average stack

I no I have priced my self in so thinking about it I should of shoved and gave the 3 better a real decision. I did fold, and it bricked out. the all in guy had AA

I dont think he is folding anything to a shove that he wouldn't just shove anyway so it doesnt matter

As above though, fold pre first and foremost and as played dont fold river
