It's a fairly close spot but I think it's a fold, particularly as we could be drawing dead/thin already - given you've put a 1/3 of your stack in the reshove after the preflop flat call looks so strong and is more likely to include A-4, 5's, 5-4 suited, 6-4 suited, 6-7 & 7-8 spades.... each of which are obv crushing us. 20 bb's still if fold too.
