Title: river spot
Post by: Ironside on April 07, 2013, 07:34:51 PM
river plan?
these are spots i am having trouble with recently
he has too be strong too call turn
he surely isnt betting a flush or an under pair on the river
does a ten show up enough times in his hand for me too call
or is it a bet fold or even a check call?

what hands beat us on this board

any 3
TT - AA

What hands does he overlimp here? I'm snap taking TT-AA out as default

Leaves you with 3x that beats us so IDK  Ac 3c maybe  3c 4c and  3c 5c. Have you seen him limp/overlimp any hands what sort of thing has he shown down?

Pretty hard for him to have a 3 but it does happen. Problem is that we are probably more likely to have a 3 in our hand than him due to being BB. Do you think he raises a 3 with the fd on the flop? more likely to be a bit fishy if he doesn't iso the limper

You're getting like 4 - 1 on a call so I just pay him. Sucks that he is reopening the betting though. Can't really see any reason for him to raise this river any amount, let alone click it, without being bladed.
