This ran well last time with a good amount of entries and banter so hopefully we can get enough people to make it worthwhile again. Slight modification to the rules to smoothen the process - still super simple, pick 8 dogs with points for finishing in the top 3 and you must pick a NAP and a NB.

Rules: Make a trap selection for each of the 8 races and PM them to me. You receive 5pts if your dog finishes in 1st, 3pts if it finishes in 2nd, and 1pt for a 3rd place finish. You are required to NAP one selection, for which you will receive double points, and pick a next best (NB) for which you will receive 1.5x your points.

Additional Rules:

If your trap selection is a non-runner, you will be assigned the favourite. If there are joint favourites you will be given the lowest trap number of the favourites.
In the event of a tie at the end of 8 races we will use a countback system where the person with the most winners will win, then 2nds, 3rds etc in case of further ties.

Scotty ive been given Trap 1 in tge 22.05 @ Shawfield, clear run and it wins seemingly.
Any thoughts?

Not mad on handicaps Snowball but it looks a pretty decent thing to me, coming from scratch with the bonus of one of the traps being vacant.

Word of caution, the inside at Shawfield was seemingly very bad last week and came in from criticism from the trainers who had dogs trialling there for the Scottish Derby. You assume it will be better this week but maybe keep an eye on earlier races. Your dog runs a little rls-mid so might be ok anyway.
