Title: Really Late ISPT Stake Request
Post by: jjandellis on May 10, 2013, 11:54:27 AM
Hi

I'm making a really late staking request as my diary has been turned upside down at the last minute.

I've been fully intending to play 2 x Day Ones with a gameplan of 1 x Live and 1 x Online.  I was going to satellite these, but due to last minute changes I now need to play live this weekend...but have not had time to Satty.  I also spend alot of my (out of work hours) time grinding cash so windows of opportunity for these are limited.

My proposition is that I play a live day one on 11 May; if required an online day one thereafter (probably 18 May).

So I am looking to sell 2 Eu300 packages at SPOT RATE.

5%: £26*
10: £52*

I am selling 50% in stakes.

My HerbieMob:

I've also had a few bubbles in various deepstacks this year; because of these I have been doing quite alot of PHA etc to actively work on my game and identify lessons learnt.  Hopefully it'll all come together for this one!

Unique Selling Point!

Well it is The Apprenctice time of year isn't it?

If I blow this, I am pencilled for the APAT Masters at Wembley. This is something like a £220 tourney.  I will give over a free 10% sweat to be divvied up on investor % basis. Not massive but it's a little compo package!

Money by Bank xfer, neteller or Stars please. PM for details

T & C's

1. In the event of having to use Online Day 1, it'll be on date of my choosing.

2.  If I do manage to get through the live day one then I'll consult investors on whether or not to play the online day one.  Without wanting to make too complicated in the event a vote is needed, for each 5% bought an investor gets 1 vote (and I have equivalence for my %).

3. If I get through love day one and we decide not to play online I will transfer funds back to investors prior to playing Wembley.

* Edited from original xe rates to bring into line with DTD gbp buy in.

The flop bet is an odd amount  and is basically saying please fold. I can't think of a hand I might bet that amount of chips with on such a dry flop. This is compounded by getting action on said flop and leading again?  It is a pretty unusual line on a paired board and he is a crafty old bugger. Also he knows if you had hit the q or t you you would value bet and not shove?

You are unlucky he had 70 odd k really. Much harder call for him if he had 35 isn't it?

I busted 5th tonight matey. Did not cover cab and booze bill though. That table today was a right laugh Darth Maul.
