My name is Ryan Spittles.  I am a fairly regular player on the live circuit, and you may also know me from being an analyst on SkyPokerTV.

I play poker for a living and have done so for around 3 years, mainly online cash games, but I have played a tonne of live cash and live tournies too.

This will be my 4th trip to Vegas, and I feel perfectly at home there now.  First time there it was pretty daunting and too much to take in but now I feel happy doing pretty much anything and can't wait to get back.

My first trip mainly involved cash games with maybe 4/5 small tournies and then the main event (I won a package).  I came back with 1 min cash flag.

My second trip was last year, where I stayed in a house with 3 friends and played a mixture of cash, tournies, pool and being a pro vegas driver (Titbean will confirm for this).  I had 3 decent cashes for a total of $50k+ from an outlay of $12k (excluding the main).

My third trip was last October where I bricked around $8k of tournies.

This year I will be out there for a month, and am gonna hit the grind hard and planning to play cash, and some of the smaller Venetian/Wynn tournies too.  

I would like to sell 30% of my action in my WSOP Bracelet events at a mark up of 1.2,  which I believes represents value for both me as a seller and you as a buyer.

That brings a total of $9000 and at the markup of 1.2 it takes it to $10800.

10% = $1080
5% =  $540
1% = $108

Please use the rate on xe.com at time of shipping.  Should any large binks occur then I will consult the collective wisdom of blonde as to how to get the very best rate when converting back to proper money before I do anything :)

Payment by either bank transfer or cash in Vegas please.  I will be out there from the 14th of June.  Bank transfers to be received by the 14th of June.  Happy to wait a few days in Vegas if any investors are turning up after the 16th.

MAIN EVENT

Also I hope to be playing the main but a) I can't really afford to commit to a a 10k right now and b) I am not one of these players who feel comfortable seling at a large markup and wanting to ~freeroll a 10k.  But should I end up playing the main AND I decide to sell to play it then investors in this package will have first refusal on pieces equivalent to their share here and also at the same markup, before I offer it on the open blonde market (again at the same mark up of 1.2).

There are also a couple more WSOP and the bigger Wynn/Venetian events that I have my eye on but can't commit to unless I hit the ground running in Vegas.  The same rules as listed above apply if I end up selling pieces in order to play them.

CLAUSES

I think everyone who has experience of Vegas can appreciate that plans sometimes change and day 2s sometimes get in the way of things.  If I miss events then I will look at suitable similar events and will confirm on here before proceeding. If we do miss events totally then obviously I will provide refunds with mark up ASAP.

I will be playing some other events outside of the stake and again there is some possibility of some clashing, but will plan to minimise this.

Looking a bit unlikely that I'll be able to play event 60 on the 5th of July.

Going thru the schedule and fancy the $1k at Binions on the 1st if July.  Will either mean a refund or maybe playing a smaller Venetian/Wynn on the side?

It's more to do with feeling that you have walked into a 1950s old school Vegas movie.  Plus the fact I found the Regs there to be the friendliest of all of the Vegas card rooms and there were a ton of interesting characters to chat with.  It just makes a delightful change of pace from plastic atmosphere and sunglassed angry Regs in the Rio games.  You actually have fun in a tournament there :)

I'm playing the same comp, so just trying to keep the sharks out of my own pond though obviously ;D

Binions have actually refurbed the old upstairs cardroom where I think they used to play the WSOP, so no more playing in the canteen, and some friends out there already both thought it was a really nice room.

Didn't realise there was a 1.5k tomorrow. Gonna play that instead of the 5th of July event.

5.5k from 4.5k starting at break. Pretty decent table.

Had to fold QQ. Young loose guy opens to 100 at 25/25 and I 3bet to 325.  Turns our I made a mistake and the opener was actually a older guy from UTG who hasn't played a hand so far.  Ofc he 4bets to 1.5k and I fold. If I had seen he has opened instead then I just call.

Then had QQ again from UTG and MP 3bets so I peel and check fold his snap pot bet on a K93dd and he shows AA.

But yeah happy so far and think I have a chance of chipping up against my table mates.

2.1k at 2nd break at 100/200. Didn't do much then lose a pot with KK

Jammed 67dd on the button.  BB calls 33 and flops a set.  6 turn 7 river for the rub lol! Think I played ok just didn't have much to work with

1k today. Pavilion White 110. Really looking forward to it and slept well last night.

Decent 2 levels but could have been better. First few mins I open AK UTG and BTN 3b.  KKTr flop I lead call 7 turn lead call river 5 and lead call. He has AA.

Then won a flip at 25/50 with AK v QQ for 35bb each

Last hand of the break won another flip for 40bb with JJ v an utter lunatic who managed to have 10k at 25/25 basically did the lot before spinning up. He had AK and we hold.

Table is ok. Only dangerous player has direct position on me tho.

Got just under 8k at 50/100.

Frustrating levels.  Lost a flip for 1.2k each with TT v QJ bvb.

Then had TT again and did another 1k or so.

Was on 5.5ish for ages then Open KT CO blinds both call. KTAr flop ck ck I bet 600 into 1k get one call. Turn 6 I bet 1.1 call. River 6 AQ is good. Down to 3.5.

Had a weird weird hand where I flopped a set and if i remember ill put on PHA and got back to 5.5 going into 100/200

Fairly active guy opens UTG1 400 and I 3b AQss from the CO to 950  playing 5k effective

He calls KQQr flop he check calls my 850 cbet

8 turn and he checks I bet 1.4 and he jams 2k more. I call.  88 GG

This left me with 2k so 10bb folded for an orbit then found AT UTG at 100/200/25 with 1.9.  BTN finds AK.

Gonna swap the ante only event on the stake for other stuff.  I'm thinking the Wynn 550 and another 1k. Will take a look and let you all know

Just realised the 1k turbo wasnt on the stake, sorry thought it was.  Dunno what happened there but still a number of events to play.  Will be playing it anyway and if investor wants a piece equivalent to your piece in the package then you can buy at face value with no mark up so 1pc 10$ etc etc

So far we have played 2 events on the stake.  Swapped the 5th July 1.5k for the 1 on the 15th and the 1k on the 16th.

Table draw was fun with a young guy who i had tonnes of history with. As soon as he sat down he recognised me from Venetian cash and tournies last year and I just knew he'd never fold so I managed to chip up to 5k from 3k starting thru him in little pots before my table broke

Quickly found JJ in the BB when a Team Pro jammed 12bb in MP to take me to 6.5.

Then I find AA in the CO and go to 225.  SB to 525.  He covered me so I went a tad bigger to 1.4 and he snap jams with JJ.  A turn for a minimal sweat to go to 13 at 50/100.

Really annoying hand a few mins later when get it in with AKhh v AKss and he finds turn and river spades for 2.3k each.

Oi oi - get us out :)

Get back at 1/200 and open JJ in MP.  BB calls out of 12bb.  Flop AJ7hhh. Get it in. He has AA.  That took me to 8.5

Couple of hands later open 99.  Young kid jams 12bb. I call. He has AA. Flop T92ccc.  Ac turn. No chop river. Down to 6k ish

Then just folded for a couple if levels. Had no spots and no hands.

Then jam 55 out of 13bb BTN.  BB has JJ with a 2k stack. Holds

Down to 2k at 150/300/25 and get it in with K8 when folded to me. Run into AK but flop a pair and river trips.  Back to 4.5

Folded a bit then had a decision. Guys all in for less than a BB UTG and UTG1 to 800 at 150/300.  BTN calls and I peel 66 from the SB playing 15bb. Decide to fold but didn't want to. Board contained a 6 and I woulda has a nice double up v JJ.

Then peel AJdd on the BTN and min raise.  BB jams TT. Flop KQ4d 7d turn for the world of outs but brick.

Feels really crap bricking everything but I'm playing well just running terrible, including in events that aren't on the stake.

6 handed and got 2 decent players who both have 8-10k.  Other 3 players seem weaker and are short

Bust in 3rd. Played really well again I think and bricked 15outs. Guy was an absolute animal too but felt I kept him at bay for the 90 mins we were 3 handed.

Very frustrating. Will do a more in depth TR later.

open 99 in MP older guy in BB calls. K82r flop and he ck calls.  6 turn ck ck 6 river ck ck. he somehow had 67o for the OOP float. Only reason I didn't value bet river was cos he basically jumped out his seat when the river was dealt.

Young guy opens UTG1 and 2 calls I call KTss BTN and BB calls. Flop is QJss6x.  UTG1 cbets third pot I raise and the BB cold calls.  Brick turn ck ck brick river ck ck.  BB has 66.

Got just over 4k 50/100 but really after that OESFD guess I should already be in the taxi.

16k at 2nd break into 100/200.  Lot of fun hands but only 1 where I got lucky, rest got it in crushing.  Got one guy with a tonne of chips who is very liable to blow too.

26k at dinner. Bashing up table and chilling outside the amazon room with all American dave Thai chicken curry.  Gosh those girls are out of this world.

Biggest score of those on Ryan's table was that of Londoner Sadan Turker, who was runner-up in a $1000 WSOP event two years ago for over $377,000. Hengsakul also has a 6-figure winning tourney, winning an LA Poker Open event in 2010.

Some of the others have cashes in this series and some EPT results (Locascio has cashed in the last two EPT San Remo Main Events), while others don't appear on the Hendon Mob database at all

 Ok so so far we have played 4 events on the stake.  

They are:

5th July 1.5k which was swapped for a 1.5k on the 15th June. BRICK
16th June 1k BRICK
20th June 1.5k Shootout (swapped for ante only event) BRICK
22nd June 1.5k Cash for 15k$ (left the odd 24$ as a tip)

We also missed an event as made a day 2 - the 23rd June 1k.

This leaves 2 WSOP events left to play with another 1k to either refund or find a replacement tournie. Will advise on potential replacements when I take a look at the spreadsheet.

Really glad to have made investors some return and fingers crossed we can get something going again in the last 2 or potentially 3 events left to play. 

With a cash of 15k$ dead sure you can work out your current return yourselves :p. will be looking to pay out the guys who are in Vegas in cash as and when I see them around, rest of the team ASAP.

So just looking for potential replacement tournies and remembered this being spammed in twitter.

Its a 2.5k at the M Resort, which is off strip.  Has a 500k GTD attached and I think it's something that had flown under the radar for a lot of players as no one seems to have heard of it.  Also the name of Hollywood Poker Open is an encouraging sign in itself.

It is on the 28th June so possibility of not playing should I make day 2 of the 1.5k in the 27th.

Offering this to the investors in this package at 1.2 mark up. We have 1000 x 1.2 of refunds too

So 2500 x 1.2 = 3000 minus 1200 = 1800

therefore for every 1pc in me you have then I just take 18$ off the returns from WSOP cash.  Sound simple enough?

Let me know if this ok.  Please confirm that you want action in this on here.  I will be playing regardless but will only book it if I get confirmation as the returns are essentially your money now and I would feel bad flicking it in without hearing your permission.  Got a couple of days for everyone to see so think that's enough time.

If you don't want action in this then I will just add the refund money to your returns too :)
