If not raise smaller, now fold. Going to see AK at best Imo
Title: Re: 99 ITM 11BBs Post by: Doobs on June 04, 2013, 12:08:10 AM Just shove pre. Folding seems terrible given the odds, and the fact you could still be 50/50 the triple up. I assume the payouts are going to be flattish for a while, so it isn't like you are going to ladder much by folding.
If you must raise, surely min raise it if you want to look strong. Much bigger than that just makes people think you are bad. But ye as previous post said, min raise then maybe fold. or just ship. Thanks all Title: Re: 99 ITM 11BBs Post by: outragous76 on June 04, 2013, 12:12:25 AM you can actually ignore the short stack all in and just take a view on the 4b (as you break even by beating the 4 bettor).
Pretty much not folding unless I know he is an absolute uber nit (and jam pre obv) Title: Re: 99 ITM 11BBs Post by: pleno1 on June 04, 2013, 12:18:19 AM we cant even think of folding, so much dead money call and lose to a8s.
play around with pokerstrategy.com equilab and see the equity we have vs the ranges, these things are simple math questions and not really strategy questions. you have a better feel of the ranges because youre at the table, you will know whether you should include ATs etc. Title: Re: 99 ITM 11BBs Post by: wazz on June 04, 2013, 04:10:05 AM Call.
And I think I know the results of this thread, one of two possibilities, just from the fact that it got posted. Title: Re: 99 ITM 11BBs Post by: c4ught on June 04, 2013, 10:28:12 AM Why would you want to look like you are committing yourself with your raise?
