Its not a train that is pulled up hill by a cable is it?

NO. You are thinking of a funicular. And it's not a train. It's a sort of bus on rails.

You wormed those pigs yet? I tried it on the cats, but the designated orifice is very small.

Its a mountain in Sutherland the north west of Scotland and there is also a restaurant of the dame name in Edinburgh.  Its pronounced 'stacpolly'.  There are other mountains in the same region that have become famous for having successful race horses named after them - arkle, foinavon. Its a lovely part of the country.  No poker up there but great walking and scenery.  If anyone fancies a holiday there let me know, my parents own a holiday home up that way. Rent free to friends who will treat it well.
