Title: Emails marked as spam Post by: Graham C on June 19, 2013, 03:04:24 PM We've had a few problems with emails being not delivered and are coming back marked as spam. I can't send anything to an AOL account now and occasionally we have a few company email address that come back but mostly it's the AOL.
The company we use to host our website (and email) use Fast Hosts to host our site - is it likely to be something to do with them? We also get a hell of a lot spam email since moving over to this lot. Is that likely to be to do with the hosts too? Thanks Chaps. Title: Re: Emails marked as spam Post by: kinboshi on June 19, 2013, 03:12:17 PM Yes, your ISP could be sending your emails via an IP address that's blacklisted. There is a way to get 'whitelisted' on AOL though. I'll be back...

[ ] easy to understand! Have send the form off, although it may have crashed. Hopefully they'll just call me rather than rely on what I've typed in! Title: Re: Emails marked as spam Post by: kinboshi on June 19, 2013, 04:00:39 PM Yeah, it's a minefield. Do some searches to see what others have done, and give them a call (I think I did).
;goodluck; Title: Re: Emails marked as spam Post by: Graham C on June 21, 2013, 11:11:03 AM Turned out quite easy. I filled out a form, well what I could - I didn't bother with the telnet trace and I couldn't find the IP range, so basically gave them hardly any info. They mailed me asking to send a copy of the responder I was getting and this morning I received a mail saying we were unblocked.
