Title: Turning up sound on PC Post by: Graham C on June 29, 2013, 11:21:20 PM I think my computer's sound is pretty quiet. The image is of the volume right up (speakers can be turned up of course) but the green bar indicator doesn't go any higher than here, can I get it a bit louder? I've got my head phones on now and the volume on the speakers is pretty much right up and it's not that loud.

seriously though, loud music is bad for your hearing... you'll be thankful in 30 years that little green bar is so low Title: Re: Turning up sound on PC Post by: Graham C on June 30, 2013, 12:17:56 AM I'd have been grateful 20 years ago, now it's too late and I need it turning up !
I'm just surprised it's so low, can't find a way anyway. Is the green bit being that low normal? Title: Re: Turning up sound on PC Post by: bobAlike on June 30, 2013, 10:37:29 AM What is the application you are using?
Things like YouTube and iplayer and others have their own volume control which works independently from your PC volume control. Doesn't really matter, I just thought it was rather low.
