Title: Goutys suck out thread.
Post by: gouty on July 06, 2013, 04:27:44 AM
No bad beats allowed. Only glorious suck outs.

Earlier tonight in local casino £30 turbo ish freezeout.

I am all in pre and get called by a covering stack with 3 tables left and I had about half average stack.

Me:   6d 7h

Opponent:  7d 7s

Darn it grim match up.

Flop:  Ac Kc 2c

Erm not ideal.

Turn:  6c

At which point my opponent says "Please no club on river"!

River:  6s

Table the on  to their phones to work out odds on flop.

Nice.

No bad beats allowed??? You spoil sport :( .

Anyhow, try this hand for size...

Me - 48k, player 1 - 119k, player 2 - 111k.

Online £100 DeepStack, Player 1 in the SB followed by me then player 2. 800/1600 with 200 ante.

I had:  Ac Td

Flop:  2c Ts Th

I obviously thought I was ahead at this point with a great kicker so I bet a very small 2,000, player 2 raises to 4,600 and player 1 calls. I 3-bet 14,000, player 2 4-bets 23,400 - at this point, Player 1 had enough and decided to shove 119k, I call as does player 2

Player 1:  Tc 8c

Player 2:  2s 2h

Turn:  8s

River:  Aspades

BOOM! ;yippee;

Sorry George, and you know I'd rather it had been almost anyone at that table bar you or Ben

David Amos shoves all in for 2.4m in the hi-jack.

George Bedi announces all in from the SB!

George in great shape with AQ  against David's 10 8 suited.

Dealer duly obliges with a flop of 7 A K, top pair for George.

Turn 10.

River.. 10

David doubles up with 8 10 to over 5M leaving George on just under 2M.

On my twitter background I have one of my favorites:

  Kc Kh >  Kd Ks

 Th 4c Jh  Qh  Ahrt

Jokerstars, obvs.
