Having watched some of your play, I would guess taking low ball lines and winning small pots with agression would beat going for the fat double

If you have no reads on him he has no reads on you, which probably means he's not messing around, and if he's not messing around he's not folding. His raise size screams "Please give me action" and i would assume vs population tendencies that people are more often than not shipping hands like small and mid pairs, and decent aces over your raise.
