We have arrived in Galway and set up is well under way. For those who aren't aware, we are building a custom made Full Tilt Poker Village in the heart of Galway with a 75 table capacity. The Village will be open throughout the Galway Races (one of Europe's largest racing festivals) with the UKIPT €1 Million Guaranteed Main Event following on from this. Doors will be open from the 27th July to the 12th August.

If anybody was to win a seat through DTD and cashes how will any winnings be paid out ?

I ask because historically in Ireland with any pokerstars events you have had to take the majority of your winnings paid directly into your pokerstars account  but obv with this event its sponsored by Full Tilt

No Airport in Galway so  you fly either to Knock or Shannon...both an hour away by taxi (pretty expensive unless sharing )

Maximum of €10,000 in cash on-site and any amount over this you can choose between a bank wire or a credit back to your PokerStars account.

I've never heard you so optimistic about winning over €10,000.

Yes you can register for to any event via PokerStars both before and during the festival.

Please note that only the main event will be available to register via FTP as their software does not support € and providing this option was not practical for all the events unfortunately.

Festival has kicked off smoothly and there is a great buzz about the place.

Both the freeroll and the £10 mega are in the same satellite tree & both eventually feed into the £250 final tomorrow night.

We only realised the problem this would cause when it was too late to change. We definitely won't set it up that way in the future.

Wednesday's freeroll won't affect the satellites on Wednesday.

Sorry about that, you can play the £10 mega tomorrow with no restrictions :)
