Ive recently got a new samsung s3 mini - nice but dont use many applications. A work colleague has email probs and trying to send me a pic of new rota to my phone. The message has duly arrived it is 240kb but when I try to download it doesnt open. Shoudl I have my phone settings set to something to allow this down load.
