Rules

1. You must select a team to win in any game from England (EPL down to League 2) or Scotland (SPL down to 3rd Division) each weekend. International/Cup weeks may be void.

2. The game must be a Saturday 3pm KO.

3. You cannot select the same team twice.

4. All selections PMed to me by 12pm on the Saturday. I will then post selections on the public forum. If you forget to pick a selection, you are eliminated. You are also eliminated if you pick a team you have selected in a previous week; PM me after 12; or chose a team not in a 3pm KO.

5. If your selection wins, you move on to the following week. If your team loses or draws, you are out.

6. If your game is postponed then you will be eliminated. To avoid this, send multiple, ordered, selections. As many as it takes to guarantee a selection.  If more than 10 games are called off the game week is cancelled automatically.

7. If in one week every player loses then a rollover will occur and all of the initial players will have the option of paying £20 to be back in the game. No new players may enter.

8. Game finishes when only one player remains.

9. Absolutely no deals. 

10. Gamesmaster's decision is final.

11. All funds to be sent via Bank Transfer before 12pm Saturday 31st August

Soviet - know this is a bit of fun and thanks for organising- but is there a way we can get round the slight advantage you get by having everyone send you their picks before you publish yours? Advantage is really marginal in the first weeks but could be massive with 3/4 players to go.

Could you perhaps send your pick to someone else first or we could all send our picks to a 3rd party/first bust out.

Pretty sure he does PM his pick to someone else.

Given this has run for a few seasons don't see any problems myself.

Im at a wedding so cant pay til sunday cos I dont have my card thingy with me.

In the past if I've got through the first few rounds I send to a third party. It hasn't happened often tbh.

It a fair point but general consensus has been the advantage I get sort of offsets the hassle of organising.

Happy to change this if anyone has an issue.
