I need to do a Powerpoint presentation in London on Wednesday as part of some training.

I have managed to put together some pics and text without to many problems (surprised myself)

I would like to insert a video clip just to finish it off.

A colleague from an app (action move FX) on his IPhone made the clip, emailed it to me and I can open and play it on QuickTime Player.

I think it is NOT compatible with Powerpoint as I seem to be unable to add it.

I have Powerpoint 2007 does anyone know IF and HOW I would be able to convert/add it in (Hopefully not too technical).

Try http://www.zamzar.com/convert/mov-to-avi/ to convert your clip to a format (avi) that can be inserted into a PowerPoint.

Thank you so much for this, I downloaded and saved to my laptop in avi format, i insert it into Powerpoint and a pop up box asks if I want to play video automatically or on the click of the arrow. But when it appears it seems to be only a PIC!!!

OK so I found the Preview movie button so I click on that the Pic then just goes black until the Original opening shot reappears. so I am thinking it IS playing but something is wrong with the download maybe?

Having said all that it plays in media player perfectly OK which it didnt before

Got it all sorted, did the training and the presentation got 2nd out of 5 for the presentation bit so very happy.
