More money into the prizepool has to always be the end goal for sustaining these tournies... If someone wants to take 3-4 bullets in the massively likely scenario they'll lose overall then good luck to them

I personally just disliked the merging of stacks concept as people with deeper pockets obv had a greater chance to effectively buy a big stack. Maybe introduce something similar without merging stacks. Play as many day1s as u like but only ur biggest stack goes thru. If u qualify with a small stack u can try again and if u don't improve u can still progress with the small stack cos u wouldn't have forfeited it. Just a thought....
