Title: AK GREEN IN SMALL Post by: Oxford_HRV on October 30, 2013, 04:17:34 AM the big 27, this table is mostly nitty. just a standard solid table with no one playing OOL. Mid position opens, BTN 3balls. ITM 120 left.
the more i re-read this, on the face of it, it looks like such a easy shove pre, maybe it is, maybe its not. only noteable history with villain is me 3b btn to his co open, he 4's i fold. maybe an hour previous. Seat #6 is the button Seat 1: Oleg787 (48590 in chips) Seat 2: AsjBaaaf (25292 in chips) Seat 3: HajiWest (45206 in chips) Seat 4: Bushman (28793 in chips) Seat 5: JugglingAA (323 in chips) is sitting out Seat 6: Technosphera (53043 in chips) Seat 7: HERO (37244 in chips) Seat 8: 61PokerGott (25805 in chips) Seat 9: 74sharktale (21000 in chips) Oleg787: posts the ante 175 AsjBaaaf: posts the ante 175 HajiWest: posts the ante 175 Bushman: posts the ante 175 JugglingAA: posts the ante 175 Technosphera: posts the ante 175 HERO: posts the ante 175 61PokerGott: posts the ante 175 74sharktale: posts the ante 175 HERO: posts small blind 700 61PokerGott: posts big blind 1400 *** HOLE CARDS *** Dealt to HERO [Kc Ac] 74sharktale: folds Oleg787: folds AsjBaaaf: folds HajiWest: raises 1400 to 2800 Bushman: folds JugglingAA: folds Technosphera: raises 4200 to 7000 HERO: calls 7000 61PokerGott: folds HajiWest: folds *** FLOP *** [7d 6h Jc] HERO: checks Technosphera: checks *** TURN *** [7d 6h Jc] [Js] HERO: checks Technosphera: bets 6921 HELP PLEASE :( Title: Re: AK GREEN IN SMALL Post by: BorntoBubble on October 30, 2013, 04:23:30 AM I probably 4b / call rather than shove like 13455 hoping they spaz with AQ etc
Title: Re: AK GREEN IN SMALL Post by: lucky_scrote on October 30, 2013, 12:53:30 PM There is nothing else you can do other than shove. No point inducing because you will be putting in such a large % of your stack it will probably only look stronger anyway.

Agreed because; I probably 4b / call rather than shove like 13455 hoping they spaz with AQ etc If we do this, this happens: bust the 1k 8max. MP opens to 600 @ 150 / 300. BTN 3bs to 1500. We cold 4 Ad Kd to 3000 playing 9.1k total. button CALLS! (Btn is massive whale running 40/28/11 - hence the 3b instead of jam). Qxx flop we bet/call. He flatted Q8 we didn't improve GG Title: Re: AK GREEN IN SMALL Post by: lucky_scrote on October 30, 2013, 03:01:55 PM There is nothing else you can do other than shove. Something I love doing massive peeling whales is 4bet an amount that leaves a pot bet left and jam any board (apart from when you flop a pair obv). Normally with 20bbs and less there is no maneuverability so you just 3bet jam rather than click it or peel. You don't usually peel because if your hand is good enough it's better to just 3bet jam instead. If say CO opens 60% of pots and you have 25bb on the button with 10% antes then you can jam really, REALLY wide and show a profit. Title: Re: AK GREEN IN SMALL Post by: Oxford_HRV on November 03, 2013, 11:41:53 PM i was wondering if we could shove over turn bet? does it look strong Vs villain's range taking this line?
Title: Re: AK GREEN IN SMALL Post by: The Squid on November 04, 2013, 04:44:02 AM Jam is super standard. Your play is so hood tho. You can just call down now and you make so many chips. I might start doing this!!!!!
