Pokerstars hands-on business practice was faultless, hence why they survived and no-one else did. Widely predicted to drop in California (and possibly some other states) by 2015. Like anything involving government legislation it will take a long time, but it's on its way. But yeah don't see how this red pro thing has any bearing on it either way.
