Is ICM a factor when choosing this range? If not when does it start to become one?

I would have thought it was and I have a much tighter range than above.

AQ+ 99+ maybe.

A bit yeah, but wouldnt say it's massive and it's a turbo, so I prefer to take the edges.

Maybe I'd go tighter in-game to like A8s+ ATo+ KQ 66+ or something, but cant see myself folding any of these.

AJs, AQo, 66

maybe 77+ and maybe stretch to ATs AJo but think ppl are pretty well weighted towards small pairs and hands they dont wanna raise call.

ICM massively relevant. Not just what's cEV

Was really surprised to see this, I actually had 88 in game and it felt semi-close, however i pressed the all in button within a second or two.

88 is a fistpump

Kinda like WotRs range, vs a reg. Readless might go tighter, but hard to fold too much tighter

Edit: By fistpump I don't really mean that, I just mean never folding, sorry if that sounded a bit brash.

I think 66+, AT+, A9s I'm not folding.

And KQs, 55, A8s, A9 are all at least tempting

This.

Saying ICM isn't as much of a factor here because it's a turbo is a categorical error imo (sorry to sound harsh). It's really really dependent on the chip counts though. That's how ICM works. If you are 3/13 with 4 really small stacks but everyone else is fairly close then your range can be less tight because the chip counts are all close where the big pay jumps begin. If it were 3 people with 70% of chips in play in the top 3 then it's pretty brutal how tight you need to call here; remember that you will have your fair share of wide jams that people will have to call super tight with and you'll make a ton of chips because of it.
