Title: Weird $3 re spot Post by: JGill_DTD on December 19, 2013, 09:45:04 PM Villain is playing 32% VPIP, 12% PR, 3% 3bet. Guy seems pretty bad in general, and this is a $3 rebuy.
Feel he bets the flop with KJ, I rule JJ out since he flats pre, so put him on 55/33 and KQ- since I think he over values Kx hands here. Do we shrug and just sigh fold it out? Title: Re: Weird $3 re spot Post by: rfgqqabc on December 19, 2013, 10:18:54 PM I think I call, with the modicum of hands like 88 he can show here, as well as the Kx hands we chop/beat. Horrible sizing though. He doesnt put us on a Kx hand too often. Having said that in these comps we always have a big edge and this is a decent argument for making a fold.

This is why I was leaning towards a fold, we are still like 40 bigs deep in a soft comp if we fold. Obv we are pretty under repped here. Title: Re: Weird $3 re spot Post by: JGill_DTD on December 20, 2013, 02:37:42 AM squeeeeeze pre for valoooooo? Potentially, but if we get 4'd then it's annoying we've wasted KQdd. Would probs squeeze KQos Title: Re: Weird $3 re spot Post by: rfgqqabc on December 20, 2013, 03:03:27 AM squeeeeeze pre for valoooooo? Call and load up more tables? Would probs squeeze KQos I just doubt we get 4bet bluffed very often they will generally be adjusting passively and thus defending too wide meaning the natural correct adjustment for ourselves would be to 4bet wider for, value. Kqs not not dominates their calling range but also flops very well. Additionally if we do,ever want to barrel kq turns very well too and having suited means there's more times when we can rip in more equity ott. I don't gt what you mean Adam? Title: Re: Weird $3 re spot Post by: rfgqqabc on December 20, 2013, 06:13:12 AM More tables, better hourly, people punt it in in the 3r etc. Either preflop option is fine, I'd take some hud reads or depend on my mood. Wug otr?
Title: Re: Weird $3 re spot Post by: muckthenuts on December 20, 2013, 07:51:21 AM I would just call as its a $3 and the guy could just as easily be overvaluing K6 as he can be randomly clicking buttons or desperation bluffing his missed draw. Def don't think its a fistpump though, occasionally do expect to see huge hands where the guy is overbetting simply in the hope you've got a decent piece and won't fold this card, but i think we have too much of the board to fold in this instance.

Wug otr? we can still play more tables and 3bet, that should be a problems. yeah i dont fold these rivers. Title: Re: Weird $3 re spot Post by: lucky_scrote on December 20, 2013, 11:51:12 PM GL making me fold there, 3r innit. Could probably break into discussion groups if it's a fish in the big 162 or 100r.
