He has KK AA Jx 99% of the time. I do call flop and turn though, and definitely flat pre unless you have an absurd dynamic. This is 100% correct. Standard to get to the river from here. Remember, your hand is really face up so why would he try and bluff you in the worst spot ever? I also doubt he's even thinking that far and that he's looking down at some very pretty cards and hammering the bet button.
