never checking back the turn, still betting/ shoving. if we dont shove, he is always more likely to check it to you on the river, then you can check back if you feel your behind, at least you have the option. As played though, never checking turn back, as gives him any river card to bet, which i think he does with a lot of his range. WIth rfhahfhsxxcvv and co, getting it in on the turn

Pre flop seems way too big to me?

I'd check flop to induce and if he checks I'd bet turn and river all in, he probs calls wider and also can bluff

As played turn check back is good he's not calling worse

Only street I like is turn

The turn check back is good unless hes a complete idiot. Theres literally 0 hands we beat which he calls other than possibly A10 which gets there by the river. River fold is good also.

I do however think pre is too much and I also like checking back flop for the reasons pleno says.

okay thanks guys. What sizing would you make it pre? Definitely prefer check back flop then go for value later looking at it now

I gave the guy loads of A8-AJ hands, 78s-Q10s so made sense i was beat comfortably on the river, the turn was a pot control check.

what does he get it in on the turn with that we beat? i thought on the turn it's a good check back as we then can fold the river or check down with him and maybe go for thin value if we wanted

i still feel like the way when huge bets pre still rep pocket pairs more so you got enough bluffs in your cbet range here enough so villain probs wont ever be folding JX fd's or broadways he peels pre, which makes checking turn bad cus theres too many crappy cards that kill our soul

this reads so terrible, v tired

thoughts as watching hand as it happens

like the squeeze
like a little smaller on flop 1800-2kish
check back turn i don't hate although would prefer another barrell here and bet some rivers check back bad ones
river depends on his stats timing etc, dont hate call dont hate fold

Disagree vs someone that peels a 3bet thats this big.
