Title: Re: Toothache Post by: lucky_scrote on February 02, 2014, 11:37:20 AM The last time I cried through pain was when I was 16 and had nerve dying in a molar because an abscess was under my tooth that I didn't know about for a while. Weirdly, the pain got abruptly worse when I tried to go to sleep so a tip of advice is to not lie down as your blood pressure increases when you do so thus increasing the pain.

I had one a few years back and using whisky as an hourly mouthwash helped. That plus the morphine my friendly GP prescribed - very quickly saw the attraction of Class A drugs that week.

My mum had special horse anesthetic in the house and I thought about using it. I felt like Tom Hanks in Cast away. |
