Selling 50% of my action in the £500+50 HU event at the upcoming UKPC at SPOT.

Looks like it's going to be a great festival and i'm hoping this event will attract a good size field with a lot of players (MTT regs and recs) with very little experiance playing heads-up.

Why do I think i'm a good investment?

Well my poker background comes mostly from playing HU cash, mostly in the 50nl-200nl region. I played this solidly for about 2 years before the games became pretty dead and I got staked to play MTTs. Having played 250k+ (probably nearer 350k) hands of HU NLHE, I think i'll have a pretty big edge on the majority of the field. Also my MTT skillset, which gives me a good knowledge of push/fold strategy.

Of course it's a HU comp, so variance will be relatively high, but the structure looks good with 30k stack and 15/20 min levels.

I dont have a massive amount of hands saved on my current laptop from my HU days, but here's what I do have:

5% = £27.50 = $46.05
10% = £55.00 = $92.10
25% = £137.50 = $230.25

Bank xfer is my preferred method of receipt, but Stars is fine too.

(Also to clarify, if I bink the player of the tournament thing, %s wont carry forward... just too much hastle. I'm not playing everything anyway, so it's almost an imposibility)

So you guys know, they've just made an announcement that if you make day 2 of the main you won't be allowed to participate in the HU event. Pretty annoying, nobody had said this to me previously, despite asking numerous staff. Obviously if I make it through I'll send refunds ASAP.

Currently grinding 39k @ 300/600. I think the next level is the last of the day.

They got 16 runners in the end, the field looked OK from what I saw. Couple of sickos and a bunch of people i'd not heard of, but nevermind. Shame it was scheduled the way it was. Apologies for the lack of a sweat :(
