If a tight kinda break even fishy player did this I'd think about folding but they'd need to be slightly terrible for me to fold. Not horrific and not decent. If they are semi decent they know that calling and jamming have the same affect and that they might just call to look stronger.
That said they are more likely going to peel with dem aces etc rather than peel with a hand like 66. I think when I have 66 I have a real urge to jam to isolate which makes your 9's look not so groovy. With just so much dead money relative to your stack and the potential ridiculousness shown here at showdown we just gotta get these hands in IMO.
