Quite concerned by all the political posturing over this bid tho. Any of the smart blondes have any thoughts on this? I can't provide any evidence behind this thought though as I'm as unsure as you by the sounds of it!

AZ lost the patent on the anti-cancer drug Arimidex (now generic) and ulcer treatment Nexium.Their next blockbuster hope for treatment of colo-rectal cancer isn't getting clinical trial approval. Their cholesterol drug Rosuvastatin isn't being prescribed by GP's as the new CCG's are switching to cheaper statins. |
