Title: Expedia Post by: doubleup on July 14, 2014, 08:13:47 PM Are they completely shit now? Used to use them a lot but tried booking a Dublin weekend and went right through the booking process to get this Title: Re: Expedia Post by: Redsgirl on July 14, 2014, 08:29:30 PM Try lowcost holidays for flights and room package, or onthebeach for flights only then back to lowcost or laterooms for room only and make your own package
. We got good flight times and a nice hotel for 3 nights for £70 each last year by doing this, although it wasn't school hols! Title: Re: Expedia Post by: doubleup on July 14, 2014, 09:35:53 PM yeah will look elsewhere, just seems a redic jump in price as the flights are def still £70 and the hotel was pricey anyway but convenient. Title: Re: Expedia Post by: Redsgirl on July 14, 2014, 09:58:07 PM No way the hotel went up that much! Must have been a glitch surely?
Title: Re: Expedia Post by: Woodsey on July 14, 2014, 10:38:58 PM Never the cheapest nowadays, swerve 'em imo.
Try kayak or sky scanner for flights and booking.com or laterooms.com for hotels and you won't go far wrong.. Try kayak or sky scanner for flights and booking.com or laterooms.com for hotels and you won't go far wrong.. if you find a place on booking.com ring the place up directly with the quote from booking and they will likely offer you a slightly cheaper price, because of the large % booking get from the purchase you will both get a better deal. :)up |
