Hand 1) Theres a loads of limping being going on, oppo in this hand think they are a reg, but don't have any real reads on them. Think he's squeezing here a lot, and while having a strong hand doesn't have 2 be nutted, my bet sizing is big to get him 2 jam or fold. His raise is just so big, i reckon its a 3 bet or fold. Last couple of games I've taken a high variance line early doors to get a stack or go home. Bearing in mind it's a BH, if we have a stack it's a lot easier to pick up bounties, exploit limpers with a big stack. We have pocket 9s in the SB. We have 5k at the start of the hand. Blinds are 30/60. UTG and the CUT off Limp. Button raises to 540. He has about 2.6 total at start of hand. We 3 bet to 1470, to get a fold to his big raise or induce a shove. *Reads i think he is a reg, not played against him much before, just know his name. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hand 2, this is about 8 before the bubble we are 3/23 in chips at this point. Villian is a total random. (he is chip leader) We have 10 10 in the BB, SB has 12k Blinds are 75/150. We have 9.2k at start of hand. UTG Limps BB raises to 600 Total. I 3 bet the 10's. Thoughts on calling over 3 betting this large 4x open? And the fact he has us covered? Call and play in position or 3 bet? I was thinking he's maybe squeezing quite wide over the limpers. Readless I should have proably just folded. It actually looks really nutted now, 10 JJ QQ KK AA, AK AQ AJ/AJs maybe. Hand 2 as well, I don't like 3 betting here at all this deep over such a large raise. |
