A brilliant stand-up comedian, comedic actor and also a superb actor in serious roles. He battled addictions in his early days, but this news still comes as a massive shock. I know everyone will say 'Dead Poets' or 'Good Will Hunting' in tribute, but One Hour Photo is one of the most chilling films I've ever seen and he was brilliant in it. Comic genius +1 to this but also a tremendous serious actor too, Good will hunting and especially (for me) Dead Poets society were very good. I loved that man's work. My favourite quote of his about his addiction problems were that he "took cocaine to slow down" which is possibly only amusing to those that have been there, so those of you that haven't will just have to trust me on that one. The news was made even worse by the fact that I originally thought it was Robbie.
