Hi guys, catching up with me messages after sky, in response to numerous questions from eager poker players who like to plan there year ahead - provisional major events at Dtd Cardroom over the next 12 months are:

1. Sept 2014 - GPS

2. Nov 2014 - WPT 500 and WPT £3000 Main Event

3. Feb 2015 - The UK Poker Championships - we have verbal agreement to do this with Sky again

4, May 2015 - UKIPT £1M - we have verbal agreement with PokerStars

5. Aug 2015 - 6 Max Series - we intend to do this again following last week's success and hopefully this will be done with Sky again

Our 12 month Calendar will be updated shortly http://www.dusktilldawncasinonottingham.com/club-calendar.php / ,we are keen to publish all DTD festivals 12 months in advance and be remotely organised, we will do our best to continue with our in house brands between these events such as Deepstacks, Grand Prix etc, but obviously we must make our partners a priority.

No Scotland leg unfortunately. Sorry. There is no day free Simon can do it. 5 days then 1 off then another straight 8.

Seems strange to have a margate and Torquay leg, then not have enough time to have at least an Edinburgh leg, or satellite. Plenty of support for DTD in Scotland.

Honestly don't know the ins and outs of how they are organsied. Have asked Simon to pop on with a response. He is currently booking all his hotels though.

It just shows how difficult it is to win at poker these days...... even with trumper's years of experience, I overheard a conversation he had at the table saying he had not cashed in any of these events!!!  and this wasn't through lack of trying!!

I think the game is harder these days are the playing field is much more experienced at all levels!!

Or he has a 440 quid prize on his head....

Hope we get decent numbers for this.

People often ask me why we bother going round the Genting venues and arranging live sats and giving away bounties etc. Easy answer - we need to go the extra mile to promote our partners events, these big companies all look after us in many way so it's least we can do. There would be no DTD without these companies hiring the club.

I'll set the line at 90 minutes.

I personally love festivals, I was not around when they were huge back in the day but the buzz around these events really is great. The buzz around Dtd when these events are on is another level! I've not played live poker in two months post Vegas but am coming out of my hole for the GPS I think!
