It's windows 8 and absolutely everything is linked to ms outlook onedrive IE - I couldn't get anything started without logging in with an outlook account.
Where are the settings? The control panel etc? They got fined for anti-competitive behaviour and can still somehow sell an OS that is completely linked with an outlook/one drive set up. One the defaults was every doc/pic/vid auto-saved to one drive! Definitely worse, but not that much worse. As long as the next version does as promised and adapts depending on what your input method is then I think there'll be a general forward momentum with windows improving overall.
