Pokerstars are breaking new records all the time so lets try it again here

This is the tournament the last longer will take place in ...(Pokerstars have added plenty of extra prizes to)

I have run a few of these already and every time we have broke a new record for a last longer

The payouts will be 80/20 for all tiers

Tier 1.$50

Tier 2.$100

Tier 3.$200

Tier 4.$500

Tier 5.$1,000

Again there will be some bounties.There will be a $10,000 bounty on my head and $1,000 on each of my horses that compete in this last longer (If you knock me out you will get $10,000 once I confirm this here ,if you knock one of my horses out you will get $1,000 per horse ,once I confirm this here )

some of my horses will play the MTT but they will not compete in the last longer. Which means the bounty will not be on there head.(I will have a separate list for my horses that are in the last longer as well, to make it easy for you to see who they are)

If I make the final table 10% of my winnings well be divided between all the winners in each tier

There will be no late registration ,you must send the funds and post here before 6pm G.M.T on Sunday

You must post your Pokerstars user name in this thread and which tiers you are in for.If you are sending for another player or site (or via skrill) you must also post that in this thread or PM me ...this bit is very important and makes things a lot easier for me

Because i am from the U.K there is a few problems for some with transfers(it is a Pokerstars software problem).This may be fixed by sunday or it may not.For most it is fine you can send to players from the U.K for some you can't

Your other options to send me money will be skrill in dollars or on Full tilt poker (again ,if your send from a different source from your pokerstars user name you must let me know here or via pm !)

on Pokerstars my name is:demetri1978 and it is the same on FTP (pm if you need to send on skrill,but please try the above two first)

Only post your name in this thread when you send the money,again that makes it a lot more easy for me to update the list

Money will be paid out for the bounties asap and for the tiers within 24 hours

he wasnt well known to any of the mods on today we are just being carefull there have been enough grims on blonde by people who we thought were legit we need to check that someone with less than 50 posts is who they say they are


nothing is every gtd safe after all blonde has seen quite a few grims when they thought the money was safe

Got to agree with Iron here, he asked a legit question to someone who had very few posts on blonde, Demetri's not answering and then giving the answer he did comes across as if he shouldn't be questioned about it. Any of the mods would have asked the same question or backed up the OP if they knew 100% legit from the off. Really no need for anyone to get mardy. In fact I see no reason why this would not come under the same 300 post rule as the staking thread considering its involving financial transactions, Iron or any mod, thoughts on this?

I see entirely where Ironside is coming from, the original post could have been far more than a re-post from another forum, with a proper explanation of who the poster was before reeling off lots of complicated details

A big ask to expect people to send him money with a 40 post history on here

 

Obv no harm in being over careful but I disagree with the bold part.

OP linked to 2+2 threads were he has done this previously, tons of people have sent him $s, so the only concern could be that Demetri1978 on here isn't the same as the one on 2+2, so take about five seconds to see that the Stars sn being asked to send to is the same as the one on 2+2 and then it's clearly fine.

I'm with Iron and Tighty on this.
I don't have a clue who he is and he completely dodged Iron's original, reasonable request for additional info.

As for posting a few 2+2 links and saying no worries your money is safe very lol and wtf. Seen so many grims start out in similar ways

what you should be looking at is the op i made here ,it has a link to my 2+2 thread which links you to me doing this many times!!!.   It also shows you that i have 1000s of posts and i have an under title saying i am a backer on 2+2 (which you pay for)

now someone said a scammer could make the same name as my  2+2 name here ,very true ....but it is also clear that you are sending the money to demetri1978 on pokerstars ...LOL,how could a scammer pull that one of ???

To be fair anyone could post up saying they created a link else where (impersonating someone) to fraud people.

It's only natural people would ask questions, don't be offended by it.

the scammer would need to have control of my account

We might all be coming at this from different angles though. the mods on here have to be careful, and clarity was sought, thats all

i wouldn't assume that people reading this would be aware of the 2+2, 2+2 last longers, 2+2 posters etc and would instead assume that people on here are coming at this from scratch, where thousands of posts on 2+2, hundreds of transfers from 2+2 posters aren't really relevant to them

hence my point that some exposition prior to the detail would have been useful

Please don't be offended by people asking questions or voicing their doubts. What you won't know is that there has been a history of scammers on this forum and that people are understandably a little cautious about this sort of stuff. I recognised you as the 'twoplustwo last longer guy', but a lot of people here won't be looking at 2+2, and besides blondepoker is a very different type of forum to 2+2. Of course you will assume that your reputation on 2+2 automatically gives you credibility on another forum, but it does not necessarily work like that - and people expressing doubts is perfectly natural and reasonable.

I really hope your last longer goes well, and I think it is really cool that you do this sort of thing for the poker community. And perhaps a few posters from blondepoker will get involved in this and help boost you to a new record.
