I don't think this is a line taken by any hand that beats you though. Villain looks like they really want to maximise fold equity on the flop betting full pot. Surely would bet twice with drawing hands, so I discard them when turn checks through. ace on the river will help them hang themselves as they feel you will have it less often, looks like a badly played pocket pair, I'd lean towards c/j river and note if they can't fold matching hole cards.
