Title: Big $27.50
Post by: dreenie on December 05, 2014, 06:02:47 AM
About 120 left in the nightly big $27.50... UTG hasn't been at table long so no reads to note, OR has been a bit stationey in quite a few pots, a few orbits back I did 3 bet him otb with A8hh he just peeled, I chked back an open ender, flatted the straight with nut fd and he paid me off on the 7h river with a psb with JJ, only notable hand I've played with him.

I have been pretty ABC in this mtt, a little bit aggro pf but to showdown it always looked liked I had it.

PokerStars Hand #126301133336: Tournament #1059132259, $25.00+$2.50 USD Hold'em No Limit - Level XX (700/1400) - 2014/12/05 4:37:17 WET [2014/12/04 23:37:17 ET]

If we 3 bet are we calling off a jam to the OR? If we 3 bet and he clicks it back what do we do? Can we just fold to initial raise?

I was really indecisive about this hand, any thoughts and reasons, would be appreciated, ty.

What we thinking about limp UTG? Adds something to the decision? Does he have form for limping?

Folding pre is fairly ludicrous. I'd flat pre because I want to keep the limper in. I think if the a8hh hand was recent then I would 3b/c and take advantage of any tilt. Both are reasonable.

i think

call>fold>3bc>3bf

for 3bc we need to be pretty sure, i dont think we're going to be flipping that often, people are limping behind pairs more than iso'ing them especially to 3x.

AQ does quite well against his iso range since you're IP. Sucks if you're in the blinds though, might still just peel then.

Yh agree Adam, I ended up 3 betting due to history before and felt the raiser could just be iso'ing the utg limp which is surely not a great hand, just sat down and limps his first hand utg seems too fishy to me...

Anyway I made it 12. Something, utg folds and or jams, do u call it off?
