Dave joined BadBeat in an Online Capacity ONLY, he plays big stakes Omaha Online, essentially BadBeat bankroll him in return for a % of his winnings. We have a GREAT relationship with BadBeat, & Chris Smith (the owner) & I are good friends. If badbeat bankroll him he doesn't have to keep a bankroll to play with - maybe he feels he can make more money by using his bankroll for other ventures than he gives up as a % to badbeat? I once asked one of the bad beat boys this and he said he didn't have the bankroll to play at the level he was being offered so he is given the oportunity to play higher stakes and so to make more money (even with the added "rake").
