I did n "In-Depth" Interview for Poker 425 yesterday with ActionJack, & we discussed BadBeat at length. Niot sure when it will be broadcast, but will let you know.

Dave joined BadBeat in an Online Capacity ONLY, he plays big stakes Omaha Online, essentially BadBeat bankroll him in return for a % of his winnings.

We have a GREAT relationship with BadBeat, & Chris Smith (the owner) & I are good friends. He is very appreciative of blonde's support, but we agreed 100% that links to BadBeat will NOT be allowed on the blonde Forum.

Why on earth would Colclough need bankrolling for High Stakes online omaha?

First off the standard is shocking and secondly the games aint THAT big in terms of DC needing to be rolled imo.

He's definitely a guaranteed long term winner so why would he want to give %s away? Im confused.

So if I offered you 50k and said "go play poker online with this cash, but at the end of the month i want 25% of any winnings" would you turn it down ??  And have you got rid of the horse trainers jacket yet ;)

If badbeat bankroll him he doesn't have to keep a bankroll to play with - maybe he feels he can make more money by using his bankroll for other ventures than he gives up as a % to badbeat?

The point Dubai is making is that DC will always make money at that game because he is one of the best in the world at it, why give away part of your earnings?
I once asked one of the bad beat boys this and he said he didn't have the bankroll to play at the level he was being offered so he is given the oportunity to play higher stakes and so to make more money (even with the added "rake").

I understood what Dubai was saying, I was saying a reason for giving away some of his winnings could be that he could make more money by doing so - as it could allow him to use his bankroll to make money in other ways.

Bongos point is one i didnt consider. If he uses the money he would have as a roll for business it makes sense.
