This Aye, that. I'm a bit receptive to the idea that one of the cases is tinged with corruption and bribery. But I don't think it would change the decisions, sadly. This This. Surely there's been enough big examples of this now that they knew this is the potential consequence. It's as simple as that. Yet still I see in the news here every week some other idiot who gets caught with a load of whichever drug in their home.
You can much more easily pay your way out of a murder than you can if you get caught with intention to distribute a drug. They are absolutely zero tolerance with it. The problem is that a lot of people are tried improperly or without proper legal representation in this part of the world and imo that is far more wrong than giving them the death penalty. |
