I think this must be a fold, but will leave me on 264 chips and I'll be forced all in next 2 or 3 hands. $200 for 9th, $1400 for 1st. I am next in the big blind, though not sure it matters much with that ante. I would take my blind chances with the next hand and hopefully end up with one that plays lo because theoretically you will bust less often as you can split.
Title: Re: Bubble of the $82 NLO8 Post by: Doobs on May 17, 2015, 12:37:32 PM This was one of those tourneys where people have been surviving on the bubble for a while which has caused the stack sizes. I have been all in at least twice, and guess it must be ten times in total.
As it was they both bust and I'd have scooped with 2 pair. I had a very similar hand on the final table too, where I lost something like two thirds of my chips folding when somebody was all in. I think that was high only too. I don't think the answer can be call with real gold only. if they both survive I'd be in a really bad spot if I call or fold. If they go bust, it doesn't matter much if I call or fold. I beat them both either way. Thinking this all through in 10 seconds on an already ruined time bank was too much for me. 7th to 9th all got the same, I think 6th was $280. 1st 1400, 2nd 1000, 3rd 700 or something similar. Edit. I think it was 6 handed. I think this should be a very important spot as getting it wrong could be a huge mistake. I would probably fold everything tbh after thinking a bit more about this. You chop with villain you're both forced all in anyway next hand anyway, you fold and villain scoops yeah no problem its a reverse and you are both AI next hand anyway. I think in my simple mind a simulation of this would most likely see you getting itm more often by folding than going 3way, especially because the villain on the other table is going to be dealing with a multiway pot for survival as well.
