I remember a few years ago playing in a league match and after a scramble from a corner that our team had the ball fell to me well outside the box. It was on my left foot though which is pretty awful (not that the right is much better) and I tried to pass the ball through to our striker. I totally mishit it and ended up lobbing their keeper and the ball dipped under the crossbar. Didn't tell anyone for about a year that I didn't mean that!
