Anyone with an ounce of common sense and compassion at customer services could see the value of goodwill in issuing a refund, once the dust had settled. (Its called exceptional circumstances) But no they are dragged into bad publicity, that will cost them alot more than 78 Euros.....and THEN they pay it back.
