Title: Amazon Review Policy Post by: bobAlike on November 08, 2015, 01:44:46 AM My daughter brought a product from an Amazon seller but the product never arrived. After much wrangling she received a full refund. Not long after the usual Amazon email arrived asking for her to review the product. She wrote a brief but honest review about not receiving it and how the seller messed her about for 2 weeks before giving the refund. No harsh words or bad language were used just a timeline nod facts. Amazon rejected the review?
Anyone know if this is standard practice? Not taking this any further but just curious why? Multiple people can sell the same item on Amazon and have it listed under the same page.
I think there is somewhere seperate in Amazon to review the seller it's self, rather than the product item. Cheers, makes sense. |
