Post by: Nakor on March 07, 2016, 11:27:19 AM You are charged £65 for lunch when it should have been closer to £120 - were not offered an itemised bill, were distracted while paying, only realised when home. Country pub. Would you go back? Would it make any difference if that lunch was possibly the worst service experience of your life, and the food was no more then a 5/10? Title: Re: What would you do? Yes, but I wouldn't expect them to drive round to my house to tell me about it and bring me the money, especially if I'd been a worse than average customer. Title: Re: What would you do?
