I'm more of a reader on here now than a poster but I thought id stick this out there as I know this forum gets a very varied and wide audience.

My father was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer 2 years ago at the age of 48. For those of you not aware roughly 1 in 8 of us will get Prostate Cancer, so undoubtedly you will know someone who is or will be caught by the disease.

On the 14th of May we are holding the 2nd Chris Clarke Prostate Cancer golf day at Kilworth Springs golf club. Last year we raised over £2000 and a very good day was had by all.

This year we are trying to go bigger and better than last year by holding a silent auction. We have reached out to as many sporting goods manufacturers, local fine dining restaurants, and just about everyone we can think of. So far we have had replies from Taylormade, Galvin Green, Titleist, Sky Sports, to name a few.

This post is 2 fold, once I have a complete scope of the silent auction prizes... I would like to post the prizes on here for people to potentially bid on/reserve price on. (Not sure if this is allowed, please confirm) I would also like to ask any of you that own businesses, or have anything that you would be willing to donate to please PM me.

I have a letter from Prostate Cancer to prove that this is a genuine charity event. I would be happy to send this on to whoever if necessary.
