Absolute legend, such a big part of my childhood, I always preferred the Two Ronnies to Morecombe & Wise, the comedy was at times just very very clever. I do feel sorry for kids these days that with so many media outlets available you don't get these sort of programmes any more, with 20 million plus watching on a saturday night. The Ronnies Fork Handles sketch would be my favourite of theirs. Title: Re: .... and it's goodnight from him. Post by: Karabiner on March 31, 2016, 02:05:04 PM Very sad day loved The Ronnies.

Post by: DaveShoelace on March 31, 2016, 02:32:43 PM Two Ronnies were absolutely timeless. Shame in a way that Barker was possibly the greatest comic talent we have ever produced, that it sometimes overshadowed Corbett, but he was a leg-end all the same.
Sorry was half decent too, back in the day. Title: Re: .... and it's goodnight from him. Post by: KarmaDope on March 31, 2016, 05:40:59 PM This one is gutting.
Been a shit year for famous people dying already. Goodnight. Title: Re: .... and it's goodnight from him. Post by: booder on April 01, 2016, 11:02:20 AM Probably the best timing of any comic i have seen , hugely underated.
Will be missed. Tonight i will light a candle for him , maybe four candles. R.I.P Title: Re: .... and it's goodnight from him. Post by: DMorgan on April 01, 2016, 02:39:28 PM Spent an hour or so watching these yesterday, this one was my favourite by quite a distance
