Title: Small blind v Big blind Post by: atdc21 on August 31, 2016, 02:07:12 PM After this happened in a local tourney at the weekend i was wondering what cards ( if it even matters ) do you need to shove when its folded to you in SB and the BB has 10 BBs or under left. (7 players left in tourney) we are in the money.
Happened to me and i folded 7-3 off which is obvs about as bad as you can get, but should i really just shove any 2 ? BB was a tight player. In general I would fold this tho as live once in the money people tend to call off really light but again would need more info. Against a random id fold this hand but probably wouldn't fold too much

Title: Re: Small blind v Big blind Post by: rfgqqabc on September 26, 2016, 04:23:45 AM I'd raise to 2.4x/fold This, i think. We can probably profit jamming blind but I think this will show more with this hand. I would jam everything remotely playable in an ai situation and would only stop doing this once people realised. Ofc if its much less than 10bb I would take the jam/fold option and probably rip anything remotely decent. These are the ranges I have for 10bb and 10% ante in none icm situations. Jam: 71.0%, 22+ Qx+ J2s+ J5o+ T2s+ T7o+ 93s+ 96o+ 84s+ 86o+ 74s+ 76o 63s+ 65o 53s+ 43s Call: 52.0%, 22+ Kx+ Q2s+ Q5o+ J5s+ J7o+ T7s+ T8o+ 97s+ 87s I really want to jam blind now thinking about it, just so i dont bottle it with the 73o. |
