He's led the flop with a 1/3rd pot-size bet, which for me usually means it's a blocker/draw chip-saver bet. Gets there on turn, ofc.
Call me too 4KTight, but I think I find a fold there, and keep my 20+ bb's for a better spot. Pay jumps help that decision too. You could just call ofc and see if you fill up on the end. That's what most people at your level do.
