Title: I Bought a Soup Maker Today :-) Post by: Sark79 on October 15, 2016, 08:46:52 PM I've had my eye on one of these for a while. Today while picking up a few things on my way home, I noticed a soup maker in the reduced section of ASDA. It was surrounded by Justin Bieber books and cycling spandex kits. I felt sorry for it to be honest and decided there and then to offer it a new home. As soon as I showed my interest it jumped straight into my trolley.
We made our way round to the vege section and picked up a bunch of reduced veggies. Once home I introduced the young fella to the kettle, slow cooker, steamer, toaster, blender and microwave. I decided to put him to work straight away. He happily flashed his led's and got ready to do some cooking. Once the setting for smooth soup had been selected and the vegetables had been added he sprung into action puffing and spluttering away. 21 minutes later some delicious thick potato and parsnip soup was waiting to be eaten. After a bath in the sink he's now fast asleep in the kitchen. It's been an exhausting day for him.
